Patrick Craig 27 February 1935 – 18 December 2023 (88 years)

Pat was an enthusiastic photographer and a life-long collector, accumulating an extensive library on many topics, and especially arachnology. He was also a collector of natural history specimens, including arachnids and fossils, and especially amber, which he studied for many years and compiled a large collection, readily loaning material to colleagues. 

Pat also made an important contribution to Arachnology as the principal catalyst of the revision of Vince Roth's Spider Genera of North America. Pat's bold announcement on the arachno-L group rallied arachnologist to this worthy cause.

Pat is, and will be, much missed by all who knew him.
