A specimen of Theridion trifile Simon1907 imported to Britain from Kenya (Araneae Theridiidae) Deady and Allen 2024

Abstract
We report the interception of an immature male of the African comb-footed spider Theridion trifile Simon, 1907 (Araneae, Theridiidae), herein known as the The Trident Spider on imported produce entering the UK from Kenya. A background of the species, detailed images and brief commentary is provided.
