Abstract

The genus Brigittea Lehtinen, 1967 (Araneae: Dictynidae) is recorded for the first time for Madrid (Spain). Report the presence of Brigittea civica (Lucas, 1848) and the first records of Brigittea innocens (O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1872) for the Iberian Peninsula.
